All classes are 45 minutes unless otherwise stated.
Annual Group Fitness Passes may be purchased by Members to participate in a variety of regularly scheduled classes. Members are also offered a discount on some paid classes such as Camp Combat.
Annual Group Fitness Passes:
Single: $100/year, Couple: $150/year, Family: $200/year.
Annual Group Fitness classes can be pre-paid or paid by monthly recurring billing. Daily Fitness Class passes may also be purchased at $3 for Members and $5 for Non-Members. Specialty Classes like Zumba and Boot Camps are not included in the Group Fitness Pass.
Youth Workout of the Week (W.O.W.) class is held every Monday & Wednesday @ 4:00 pm in the Group Fitness Room or Gymnsium. Mondays focus on strength, and Wednesdays focus on cardio & agility.
