Boot Camp: HIIT; this will  push you to your limits. High intensity strength training and plyometrics - 5 days per week  WILL test your endurance.

High Intensity Interval Training is six weeks of Cardio, Abs, Plyometrics, Cardio-Strength Circuits, Cardio Speed & Agility and Recovery to increase balance and flexibility. This is a 5 day/week INTENSE class which will whip you into shape in an INTENSE way!
