Change Your Body Boot Camp!

Camp Combat Boot Camps are total-body strenght, endurance and intensity training. Camp Combats are ALL new this year offering 3 different formats, each with a bit of a different spin. January will feature an ALL NEW 4 day per week "Step it Up" boot camp. Mondays: Cardio/Strength , Tuesdays: Strictly Strength, Thursdays: Yoga/Flexibility, Fridays: Game Day! Schedule for the 2014 Camp Combats is as follows:

March 3-28:   "Beginner" 4 Week Boot Camp. Mon, Wed, Thurs 5:45 am

April 7-May 30:  Traditional  "Change Your Body" 8 Week. Mon, Wed, Thurs - 5:45 am

Sept 1-16: "Beginner" 4 Week Boot Camp. Mon, Wed, Thurs 5:45 am

Oct 6-Nov 27: Traditional "Pure Power" 8 Week Boot Camp. Mon, Wed, Thurs - 5:45 am
