Youth Workout of the Week YOUTH FIT & YOUTH MOVES

Starts Monday, Sept. 28th! These two classes are organized youth workouts designed to help kids stay active after school. 

Mondays 4-4:45 pm - Youth FIT is a combination of Strength Training, Cardio and Agility Movements. 

Wednesdays 4-4:45 pm - Youth MOVES is a non-competitive fun & exciting dance workout which is so fun kids will have a blast learning all the moves! This workout will help with rhythm, coordination and even cognitive function. 

Early Release Wednesdays - Fitness Activities begin at 1pm

Class Cost (Non-Member): $3 Youth Day Pass
