The Shred!

Monday & Wednesday 8:30am

Improve aerobic fitness, flexibility, and strength. Work major muscle groups and focus on trouble areas while training cardiovascular endurance. Use light weights and body resistance.  It’s a great morning workout to “Shred” away those pounds and build those muscles. All are welcome!

Class Details:

Class Cost (Member): $3 per class. Qualifies as part of Annual Fitness Package.
Class Cost (Non-Member): $5 per class
