Cycle/Strength

Cardio & Strength all in One!

Tuesdays  @ 6:15-7:15 pm

This combination cardio and strength class will start out with approximately 30 minutes of cycling. The strength part, second half, of class will take place in the Group Fitness Room.  This class is included in the Group Fitness Annual Pass.
