Cycle/Strength Combo Class
Cardio & Strength all in One!
Tuesday & Thursday 6:15-7:15 pm
This combination cardio and strength class will start out with approximately 30 minutes of cycling. The second half of the class will take place in the strength training in the Group Fitness and/or Training Room. This class is included in the Group Fitness Annual Pass. Members who pay by the month for cycling may also take this class.
