Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:45 am, Monday, Wednesday: 5:30 pm, Tues, Thurs: 5:30 pm (Cycling/Strength Combo Class)
Complete a series of hills and flats, sprints and jogs, and keep your heart pumping from start to finish. If you are ready for the challenge come enjoy a great stationary bicycle class. Have fun and get fit. All fitness levels welcome! Cycling is a specialty class requiring a class fee to reserve a space.
