Maximize your workout!

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:45 am,   Monday, Wednesday: 5:30 pm,  Tues,Thurs: 9:20-9:50 am, Turs, Thurs: 5:15-6:00 pm. Complete a series of hills and flats, sprints and jogs, and keep your heart pumping from start to finish. If you are ready for the challenge come enjoy a great stationary bicycle class. Have fun and get fit. All fitness levels welcome!   Cycling is a specialty class requiring a class fee to reserve a space.

Class Details:

Class Cost (Member): $3 per class or $10/month for 2 classes per week
Class Cost (Non-Member): $5 per class
