Saturday Morning Yoga


Saturday:8:30 am -10:00  am

This  workout is fun and engaging with exciting music that will leave you feeling refreshed, fit, energized, and ready to start your weekend.  An excellent way to help you accomplish your fitness goals. The Iyengar-based class combines elements of vinyasa, hatha, and ashtanga yoga that will strengthen and stretch your entire body. Saturday Morning Yoga is for more than just beginners; all welcome.

Class Details:

Class Cost (Member): $3 per person. Included in Annual Fitness Pass package
Class Cost (Non-Member): $5 per person
