Total Body Conditioning

Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30-9:15 am

With Total Body Conditioning, work all major muscle groups and focus on trouble areas. Tighten and tone abs, upper & lower back, glutes, legs, and arms, using light weights, resistance bands, and body resistance.  All levels welcome!

Class Details:

Class Cost (Member): $3 per class. Qualifies as part of Annual Fitness Package.
Class Cost (Non-Member): $5 per class
