Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 9:05-9:45 am; Thursdays @ 6:30-7:15 pm

This class is designed to increase strength and promote lean muscle gain. Each class includes total body strength conditioning exercises that utilize a variety of different training methods. AM class is located in the training room, PM class is located in the group fitness room!
