Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 9:20-10:00 am; Tuesdays @ 6:20-7:00 pm

This class is designed to increase strength and promote lean muscle gain. Each class includes total body strength conditioning exercises that utilize a variety of different training methods. Classes are located in the training room!
