Water Aerobics

Summer, Water, Fitness & Fun!

Tues & Thurs 10:00-10:45 am Beginning June 3, 2014
Water Aerobics causes very little stress on the muscles and joints. It’s a great, low-impact way to improve range of motion while at the same time working to build strength.  All Fitness Levels are encouraged to participate. No swimming experience is necessary.
