8:15 am, Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Yoga is a set of physical practices that includes gentle stretches, breathing practices and progressive, deep relaxation. On Monday (1 hour) experience Restorative Yoga: Restorative Yoga combines basic gentle yoga poses and breathing techniques to achieve better health and flexibility, This class is designed to reduce stress levels while encompassing simple poses which are held for longer periods of time. Great for both beginners and experienced participants. Wednesday (1 hour) is a Vinyasa Flow class combines traditional yoga poses into a fluid sequence, with less rest time between poses, slightly increasing difficulty. Poses are linked together and synchronized with breathing, increasing cardiovascular benefits and flexibility. All flexibility levels welcome. Friday (1.5 hours) is Power Yoga! Power Yoga combines the traditional flows and power poses of Yoga. An athletic, fitness based approach to vinyasa style yoga, with an emphasis on strength and flexibility. Modifications offered for all flexibility levels. Don't forget to check out Saturday Morning Yoga too! All levels are welcome for all yoga classes.
