Monday - Friday @ 8:15 am; SATURDAYS - Kundalini Yoga (Sept. 16 & 30, Oct. 14 & 28, Nov. 11, Dec. 9) @ 9:30-10:30 am:

Yoga is a set of physical practices that includes gentle stretches, breathing practices and progressive, deep relaxation.  On Monday & Wednesday (1 hour) experience Gentle Flow Yoga: Gentle Flow Yoga combines basic gentle yoga poses and breathing techniques to achieve better health and flexibility. This slower paced flow class is geared towards those preferring a restful, calming class with breathing and gentle flow movements. Great for both beginners and experienced participants. Tuesday & Thursday (1 hour) is a Vinyasa Flow class combines traditional yoga poses into a fluid sequence, with less rest time between poses, slightly increasing difficulty. Poses are linked together and synchronized with breathing, increasing cardiovascular benefits and flexibility. Must be able to easily move from lying to standing position and able to balance on 1 leg.  Friday  (1.25 hours) is Power Yoga! Power Yoga combines the traditional flows and power poses of Yoga. An athletic, fitness based approach to vinyasa style yoga, with an emphasis on strength and flexibility. Must be able to easily move from lying to standing position and able to balance on 1 leg. Saturday KUNDALINI Yoga (1 hour) is a fast and effective way to clear the mind, energize the body, and uplift the spirit. Every Kundalini class begins with tuning in with a mantra. This class utilizes rhythmic movements, asana, pranayama-breath, mantra-sound vibration, mudra, dhristi and body locks to soothe the mind, body, and spirit. Each class consists of a kriya which is a series of postures taught in sequence to produce a desired effect. Benefits include: a deepened awareness, connect with creative energy, develop more flexibility and core strength in the body, stimulate the immune, glandular and nervous systems, and balance the chakras. Classes are open to students at all levels of experience. Cost is $6/class
