Workout of the Week (for kids!)
Youth Workout of the Week (W.O.W.) class is held during the school year in the Group Fitness Room or Gymnsium. Mondays focus on strength, and Wednesdays focus on cardio & agility. The Monday Cardio classes will focus on mainly body weight strength exercises and will incorporate dumbbells, resistance bands, & stability balls as well. Wednesday agility/cardio day will include fun exercise stations like: agility ladder, hurdles, & dots; the railyard; etc.
