Workout of the Week (for kids!)
Youth Workout of the Week (W.O.W.) class is held every Monday & Wednesday @ 4:00 pm in the Group Fitness Room or Gymnsium. Mondays focus on strength, and Wednesdays focus on cardio & agility. The Monday Cardio classes will focus on mainly body weight strength exercises and will incorporate dumbbells, resistance bands, & stability balls as well. Wednesday agility/cardio day will include fun exercise stations like: agility ladder, hurdles, & dots; the railyard; etc.
