Volunteer Opportunity!

The Spearfish Rec Center is a busy place, full of community, youth and family, sports, recreation, and fitness activities, and much much more! We are always in need of enthusiastic people who are willing to volunteer their time and or resource in order to help Spearfish grow as a healthy and fun place where everyone has an opportunity to participate.

A Friends Group is an organized group of steadfast supporters of the Rec Center and its programs. It is a community-based support group whose aim is to further the goals of the Rec Center in the community by volunteering, supporting and advocating for the Rec Center.

What would "Friends of the Rec" do?

1. Recruit Members
2. Volunteer for Events, Programs, etc.
3. Fundraising (Generate Funding)
4. Plan volunteer meetings
5. Corporate Volunteers and Individual Volunteers
