Make a choice for better health!

New session starts April 25th!: This program meets every Tuesday @ 6 pm for six weeks and focuses on making small steps toward positive changes and a healthier life! Classes fill up quickly so pre-registration is encouraged! 

Topics of sessions include:

  • Techniques to deal with frustration, fatigue, isolation, and poor sleep
  • Appropriate exercise for maintaining and improving strength, flexibility, and endurance
  • Medication management
  • Communicating effectively with family, friends, and health professionals
  • Learning how to pace activity and rest
  • Eating well and fun ways to get active
