Game On! Summer Fitness Challenge Time!
Need some movitation to get and stay fit this summer? The Fitness Challenge may be just the ticket! Participate in this FREE, Friendly, & FUN competition and begin moving towards a fitter you. FREE Fitness Assessments will be given June 17-21st which will include Weight, Measurements (waist/hip ratio, arms, legs) and Body Fat Calculator. Participants will be encouraged to attend classes regularly, or to begin a regular fitness schedule. Experts say that in order to experience results and to make them last, it's 80-90% DIET,and 20% EXERCISE. Therefore, participants will also be given some nutrition materials and guidelines to help with the challenge of eating healthy. Stop at the front desk for more info, or just come early to any class during the week of June 17-21 to get your FREE Fitness Assessment, and then start moving! The challenge will run through August 30th and final fitness assessments will be given during the week of August 26-30. Prizes will be awarded for each category, as well as an overall challenge winner.
