The lazy river isn’t so lazy in this class!

Water Aerobics causes less stress on the muscles and joints. It’s a great, low-impact way to improve range of motion while at the same time working to build strength. This class takes place in the lazy river against the current! Strength and cardio exercises are incorporated in these workouts and we supply any equipment used in the class (ie. water dumbbells, kickboards, noodles, etc.). All fitness levels are welcome to participate and no swimming experience is necessary, this is a shallow water aerobics class. You are encouraged to wear aqua shoes!!!
