Yoga is a set of physical practices that includes gentle stretches, breathing practices and progressive, deep relaxation. On Monday (1 hour) experience Mat & Chair Yoga: Yoga for everyone! Improve your strength, mobility, balance and focus by joining our mat/chair yoga class. Designed to be ultra-accessible, class can be taken entirely in a seated/standing position or can be taken to the mat for those seeking a more challenging flow. Whether you're an absolute beginner or have many years or even decades of experience in yoga or fitness, this class will support your exploration of all that yoga has to offer. On Wednesday (1 hour) join us for Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Vinyasa Flow Yoga combines traditional yoga poses into a fluid sequence, with less rest time between poses, slightly increasing difficulty. Poses are linked together and synchronized with breathing, increasing cardiovascular benefits and flexibility. Must be able to easily move from lying to standing position and able to balance on 1 leg. Friday is Power Yoga! Power Yoga combines the traditional flows and power poses of Yoga. An athletic, fitness based approach to vinyasa style yoga, with an emphasis on strength and flexibility. Must be able to easily move from lying to standing position and able to balance on 1 leg.
